DAY1:Arrival and transfer to your hotel

On your arrival at Entebbe international airport (EBB), you will be met by our professional safaris staff that will brief you and transfer you to your hotel for relaxation. You can have an optional city tour depending on your time of arrival. Dinner and overnight stay at Lake Victoria Hotel as you wait for your next day’s adventure.

DAY2: Travel to Murchison falls National Park – Visit the top of Murchison Falls via Ziwa rhino

After having breakfast, you will be picked by our company representative and kick start your nature adventure with an exciting road trip to Murchison falls National Park with lunch en route or inside the park depending on time. Upon arrival inside the park, you will be amazed by the beautiful landscape while occasionally sighting warthogs and other wildlife with a drive to the top of the falls whose views are breathe taking. About 300 – 400 cubic meters per second of Nile water force through a tiny gorge of about 7 meters to plunge into a violent tempest in a whirlpool about 42 meters below. It is such a beautiful sight with incredible picture moments here. You will drive to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight at PaKuba Safari Lodge

DAY3: Game Drive through the park and Boat Ride on the Victoria Nile

On this day, take pleasure in a morning game drive towards the Albert and Victoria Nile and experience a great deal of wildlife and birds. Along the way, look out for herds of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, the Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, waterbucks, lions, and several bird species among others.

Later on, you will enjoy your packed lunch and some relaxation for an indefinitely short time. Later we set out for the afternoon Boat Ride on the Victoria Nile which is the high spot of any Murchison Falls Safari for you get to spot lots of animals at a close encounter. You will have to spot lots of hippos, Nile crocodiles, Elephants, Buffaloes, and many other animals that come to drink water, refresh and cool themselves off the scorching sun and some animals to eat the fresh grass along the river banks. DAY4: Transfer to Kibale forest national park.

After a healthy breakfast, you will be transfer to Kibale forest National Park, the capital world of Primates such as chimpanzee, baboons and monkeys. With en-route lunch meals. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge for dinner and peaceful rest at Kibale Guest Cottagesas you get prepared for the next day’s wildlife adventure in the tranquil forest

DAY5: Chimpanzee tracking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park

Assemble at the park headquarters for briefing and then go for the most popular activity in this park which is Chimpanzee tracking. Chimpanzees are man’s closet cousins though they are one of the most threatened primate’s species. More primates like Black and white Columbus monkeys, L’Hoest Monkeys, Grey cheeckedMangabey, Red tailed monkeys, bush babies, pottos and many bird species like the yellow spotted nicator, rumped tinker bird, Little greenbul, green breasted pitta, the crowned eagle, black bee eater and mammals like Elephants can be seen in this trek.  Have lunch and relax for some time. Later transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park where you will view wild animals en route as you transfer to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight atBaboon Safari Resort

DAY6: Whole day in Queen Elizabeth National Park-Game drive and Boat cruise on Kazinga Channel

Have an early morning breakfast then go for a morning game drive within the park. Anticipate to see the famous big five including Buffalos, elephants, Lions and other mammals like Giant forest hog, Bush bucks, Kobs, Hyenas and water bucks. In the afternoon hours you will partake in a launch cruise along Kazinga channel. You will appreciate the high scores of Elephants, Hippos, Buffalos and crocodiles. A number of bird species will also be seen along including the rare shoe bill. Diner and overnight at Baboon Safaris Resort

DAY7: Tree-climbing lions in Ishasha and transfer to Bwindi Gorilla land

Transfer through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park on the way to Bwindi, and this area is known for its tree-climbing lions.

In Ishasha we will drive off in this adventurous vast savannah area with Topis and African Elephants plus to hopefully get the Lions high in the fig tree branches. You will have lunch in Ishasha and continue with the transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Here you will experience a change in the landscape from flat savanna, via cultivated hills to jungle covered mountains. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Mist camp

DAY8: Gorilla tracking and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Early morning breakfast and proceed to the briefing point. Enjoy the highlight of your trip – Gorilla trekking, which may last from 2 to 6 hours depending on the group you are visiting. We trek through the rainforest and bamboo covered slopes, accompanied by a Uganda Wildlife Authority guide and other trackers, in search of a mountain gorilla family. The walking can sometimes be tough and long, but when you catch a glimpse of the magnificent silverback, any discomforts will be quickly forgotten. Due to the nature of the activity, you will have packed lunch. After Gorilla trekking, you will drive through the terraced hills to Lake bunyonyi. Besides canoeing, there is a short list of optional activities: swimming (safe in this lake), hiking on some of the Island trails along the lake-shores, community walks and having a chance to meet the local people with small resident and exotic bird species singing. Dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi Eco Reso

DAY9: Transfer to Kigali for your return flight

After your African cup of coffee, ready for a border crossing journey to Rwanda. You will transfer to Kigali city with a possibility to stopover at the Genocide Memorial center at Gisozi. Once in Kigali, you can have an optional visit to the genocide Memorial (Museum) which has collectives of the consequences of the genocide of 1994. You will later be transferred to the airport in Kigali in the evening to board your flight back home as you say farewell to the African wilderness.
